SVS OIL Return and Refund Policy

At SVS OIL, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened oil containers.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Products not purchased directly from SVS OIL.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
