We do not take responsibility for product-related issues/allergies resulting from ordered products.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our official website.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or other technical errors.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days, but unforeseen delays may occur.

  • Orders placed over weekends will be processed on the next working day.

  • If we cannot deliver within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you via phone or email.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange or refund requests related to missing or damaged items. Without this proof, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Orders cannot be redirected to another address once dispatched.

  • Before major holidays, we recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are in process, en route, or delivered.

  • If an order is canceled by SVS Vite Oil, the full amount debited will be refunded within 7 working days.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching customer accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

  • SVS Vite Oil does not guarantee product descriptions, pricing, or availability to be error-free.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability before purchase.
