  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

  • Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotions.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made between 9 AM to 7 PM on working days.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

  • Delivery will not be re-attempted if the recipient is unavailable. In such cases, customers may need to collect the order from the courier’s office.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.

6. Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive a damaged product, kindly share an unboxing video and images within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, address modifications are not allowed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after processing.
